Positions available
- Farm/Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily farm activities, ensuring efficient production and management of crops, livestock, or other agricultural products.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
- Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and train farm staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
- Crop and Livestock Management: Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and livestock well-being, making data-driven decisions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of farm equipment and facilities.
- Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry professionals to promote farm products.

2. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
